The dog park is a fun place for the dog to burn off energy, it can also help to socialize him. It’s natural for a dog to want to socialize and play with other dogs, and a dog park is the perfect setting for your dog to be able to run free without having to worry about getting into trouble. A dog park or dog run is a place where dogs can get exercise, play with other dogs, or just rest in a comfortable and controlled setting.

How do you celebrate your women’s day?
International Men’s Day – “It is an occasion for men to celebrate their achievements and contributions, in particular their contributions to community, family, marriage, and child care while highlighting the discrimination against them.”
It’s valuable that women have their own day. It’s great occasion to think a little about how important they are in our life. We should be thankful for love, patient and care we get from our moms, sisters and wives. We should also express our feelings all year but in this day make their feel even more special. Why not try to give something unique? This memory foam mattress topper can make the queen feel comfortable, and sleep better, no neck and back pain.
Be kind to yourself and to others. Take a moment to reflect on acts of kindness. Celebrate them.
A tidy house is a happy house
A comfortable house is a great source of happiness. It ranks immediately after health and a good conscience.
When you’re a mom, cleaning happens because it has to. As much as you’d love to just ignore the spilled milk, cracker crumbs ground into the couch cushions, or random chocolate hand prints on walls, the mess must be dealt with — and usually quickly. One would think this would result in a sparkling clean home, but that’s not how it works. The minute one mess happens, your child has moved on to something else, leaving a continual trail of clutter to pick up. But there are a few tricks to keep things from barreling out of control.
Kitchen- do all washing up, clean sides, and mop floors and within 2hours its a tip with stones on floor (god knows where from), stains on counter top and a pile of washing up again
Bathroom- is full of mould anyway (so never looks totally clean) but when i clean it 1st person to use toilet makes it looks a mess,1st person to brush teeth leaves toothpaste all over sink
Bedrooms- tidy them then next thing clothes all over floor and just generally looking messy
Living room- don’t even get me started my dd has everything out and i mean everything but i feel harsh asking her to tidy it up when shes playing as she potters from one thing to another even when I’m breaking my neck tripping over things!
How does everyone keep up with everything? I know it should be simple but I just can’t do it
Sleep Tips: Improve your sleep environment
You’re not doomed to toss and turn every night. Consider simple tips for better sleep, from setting a sleep schedule to including physical activity in your daily routine.
Keep your room dark, cool, and quiet
Keep noise down. If you can’t avoid or eliminate noise from neighbors, traffic, or other people in your household, try masking it with a fan or sound machine. Earplugs may also help.
Keep your room cool. Most people sleep best in a slightly cool room (around 65° F or 18° C) with adequate ventilation. A bedroom that is too hot or too cold can interfere with quality sleep.
Make sure your bed is comfortable. Your bed covers should leave you enough room to stretch and turn comfortably without becoming tangled. If you often wake up with a sore back or an aching neck, you may need to experiment with different levels of mattress firmness, foam toppers, and pillows that provide more or less support.
Reserve your bed for sleeping and sex. By not working, watching TV, or using your computer in bed, your brain will associate the bedroom with just sleep and sex and make it easier to wind down at night.
Taking your Dog on Holidays with you
Do you feel that your dog is a genuine part of the family? When you go away on holiday, you would be unsetting if your dog to be left behind. So how can we let the dog enjoy a safe and happy journey with us?
Fortunately, more and more destinations are willing to accommodate people holidaying with their pets. So with just a little extra planning, you can enjoy taking your furry best friend on your next trip away.
TRANSPORT
Train, plane or automobile? Whether you are taking a driving holiday or flying to your destination, you will need the right restraints to keep your dog safe.
For driving, a safety harness or a barricade across the backseat is important. Also make sure there is good ventilation. If your best friend is travelling in the back of a ute, take care with an ample size cage and don’t forget about shade.
For those taking to the skies, check with your airline as they will have strict rules about dog carriers and even dog breeds. For instance, Qantas allows small to medium dogs but has some exceptions relating to dangerous breeds and puppies less than 8 weeks old. Excess baggage fees may also apply so do your homework in advance.
You will also need an authorized crate or carrier to fly on a plane. Luckily, there is no need to invest in purchasing an expensive carrier just for a one off holiday. You can easily hire one from places such as Jet Pets which are specifically designed for air travel.

Train your dog to climb stairs
You might have no objection to your dog sleeping on the sofa or the bed, and your pet will certainly appreciate the comfort. Unfortunately for small or elderly dogs, actually getting onto the furniture in the first place can be a challenge. Such dogs also risk injuring themselves when they jump off. Doggie steps address this issue — but expect to spend time teaching your dog how to use them. If your dog is already used to steps, the process should be smooth and fast, but dogs who have never seen stairs before might be uncertain in the beginning, especially if they also have physical problems.
1
Position the doggie stairs in front of the item of furniture your dog needs to access. Leave the stairs in place for a day or so to let your dog become accustomed to them before you teach him to climb up.
2
Call your dog over to the bottom of the stairs. Provide a small reward, such as a piece of kibble or if necessary, a higher-reward treat, as he arrives, as well as praise.
3
Lure your dog to place his paws on the first step by holding kibble or a treat just a few inches in front of his nose. As he goes to take the treat, pull the treat forward and up so that to take it, he needs to put both front paws on the step. Include a command, such as “climb,” “stairs” or “up.”
4
Praise your dog and having him continue up the steps either by placing the treat on a higher step or by continuing to lure the treat a few inches in front of his nose and then forward and up. Continue until he’s at the top. Provide plenty of praise and encouragement throughout, especially if he’s uncertain.
During daily life, we see many dogs can climb stairs freely, however they can’t climb when they were born. Their fast reaction to climb the stairs is totally the result of the owner’s training.

Welcome to spring. Enjoy the outdoors!
As the days grow longer, the weather gets warmer. The snow is finally melting here and the dogs are hanging out in the sunshine, seeming to really enjoy it. While we look forward to spring, wishing to hit the road with the pets need some preparation.
Protect your dogs eyes while traveling in the car by preventing your dog from hanging it’s entire head out the window. Be careful not to open the window too wide if your dog is prone to bolting. Never travel with your dog in the back of a pickup truck without ensuring that he or she is secure and safe.
